What are your payment terms?

Payment terms are generally 30 days unless otherwise stated.

For web hosting services, you will be invoiced for a 12 month period in advance unless you specifically request an alternative arrangement (at our discretion).

For web design and development projects, typically 50% of the initial cost will be billed up front as a deposit, with the remainder upon completion and handover of the finished work. For larger projects it will be necessary to break this down further into a series of interim payments, usually to coincide with project milestones.

Can you build web sites to the W3C’s WCAG I, II and II standards?

Yes. Our sites are all standards compliant, which goes a long way towards meeting the basics of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. If you would like your site to comply with either level I, II or III of the WCAG guidelines then this can be be accommodated upon request during the project planning discussions.

Do you build web sites that are optimised for search engines?

Web sites we build are optimised for search engines during the initial construction phase. We can also help you optimise existing sites, or tailor your new site to specific marketing keywords of your choice.

Do you build web sites that are standards compliant?

Yes. All web sites that we build are coded using the latest standards from the W3C. Different projects will have different requirements, but typical sites will be built to validate against the W3C’s XHTML and CSS standards.

Do you use content management systems?

Yes, we can deliver projects based on existing turnkey CMS systems, or we can develop custom CMS systems to your own specifications.

Who do I call if my site is down?

If you think your web site is down, before contacting us please check that you can successfully connect to other web sites (e.g. Google).

Can I upgrade my account?

Yes. All of our hosting packages are customised to the exact requirements of each client. Therefore it is no problem at all if your requirements change – please get in touch to discuss your requirements and we can amend your account set up within 24 hours.
