LogMeIn launches Apple Mac client

The popular remote access application, LogMeIn, has just added a Mac client. This means users can now access both Mac and PC desktops via a web browser or PocketPC device.

LogMeIn is a very simple solution to use, compared with VNC or Microsoft's Remote Desktop, as you don't have to worry about opening ports on your router and/or firewall. This makes it perfect for non-technical users.

Dexpot Virtual Desktop Manager

Dexpot is a powerful virtual desktop management utility for Windows. It's got a lot of features, and supports up to 20 desktops. I've been using it on my Windows machine for over a year and have been really pleased with it. It's unobtrusive, very customisable, and "just works".
